The following text spells out the Refund Policy, i.e. the terms that Legal Island Conduit shall bring into application to process clients' refund requests.
Eligibility Norms for a Refund Request
A client is eligible to receive a full or partial refund only if:
1.Legal Island Conduit fails to make the submission of the design work/project before or on the scheduled date as specified in the service agreement;
2.The design submissions made by Legal Island Conduit do not meet the design requirements as defined in the initially signed;
3.None of the design submissions meet the minimum design standards.
Claim Denial
Notwithstanding the above terms of eligibility for a refund, a client shall not be eligible to receive any refund if/when:
1.The design project work has already been delivered and approved by the client;
2.The design submission is found up to the mark after verification.
Terms for Submitting a Refund Request
Clients, while filing or sending a refund request to Legal Island Conduit, shall follow the terms given below:
1.The refund request is in writing using the procedure on the Legal Island Conduit Site;
2.The refund request is made within 60 days from the launch date of the design project;
3.The refund request is sent within 15 days after the expiry of the submission date for approving the design work.
Refunds Processing
Unless your contract/service agreement states otherwise, payments made to Legal Island Conduit through credit/debit card will be refunded to the same credit/debit card account. Payments made in cash or check will be refunded through Check only.
